Book review: Lyndsey Croal's Have You Decided On Your Question
A novelette of the near future.
I read this book in our garden, holding the slim paperback that Shortwave Publishing had created, letting the wind curl the corners of the pages.
It might have been easier to read it indoors.
It might have been cheaper to read it on Kindle.
But this story is about a woman who makes the easier choice, over and over again.
The screen, instead of the breeze.
The artifice, instead of the intelligent.
The virtual, instead of the reality.
It ends up costing her everything.
